You can search for changes in abundance of contigs in Sendai-Bay (SndC05, SndC12), Off Tohoku (AlnA04, AlnA21), and Yatsushiro Sea (Yby1).
The filter size is 0.2 um, 0.8 um, 5 um, 20 um and 100 um for each point.
