To contribute to conservation of coral ecosystem Dr. Takeyama’s group has investigated the relationship among the environment factors such as biological, physical and chemical ones in the coral reef area around Sesoko-island, Okinawa Prefecture. Biological information includes the metagenome, metatranscriptome, marine microbiome data.
In the database, time series data of 2014 - 2017 of Ishikawabaru (northern coast of Sesoko-island) and Sesoko-minami (Southern coast of Sesoko-island) are available.
