About Team Kogure Database

Team Kogure developed a new method to analyze the genes and genes expressed in marine environments, for clarifying the community structure and their functions. Those information was used for a new evaluation method of marine ecosystems.
This database include the data at OT-line (Otsuchi Bay and its offshore area), ON-line (Onagawa Bay and its offshore area) and KM line (Kamaishi Bay) obtained during 2012-2017, and those obtained at Misaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, and subarctic and subtropical zones in the North Pacific.
In addition to sequence data, environmental parameters, methods used, microbial community information are also available.
Part of them are not open. If needed, please contact Dr. Kazuhiro Kogure (Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute, the University of Tokyo (AORI), e-mail: kogure[commercial at]aori.u-tokyo.ac.jp) for sequence data, Dr. Hideki Fukuda (AORI, e-mail: hfukuda[commercial at]aori.u-tokyo.ac.jp) for environmental parameters at OT-line, ON-line and KM-line, Dr. Tatsuhiro Fukuba (JAMSTEC, e-mail: bafuk[commercial at]jamstec.go.jp) for Misaki, Dr. Koji Hamasaki (AORI, e-mail: hamasaki[commercial at]aori.u-tokyo.ac.jp) for North Pacific.
